Hi, I'm Liz!

I am an integration specialist who helps athletes transition out of sports - by discovering who they are, beyond the jersey

I'm currently earning my Master's in Transpersonal Psychology (graduating Spring 2026) and will begin my PhD full-time in Summer 2026. 

My work focuses on one core challenge: identity loss in athletes once the game ends.

You have the potential to build a life more fulfilling than the one you had in sports.
